How our support services, help
Statistics show that there are approximately 36 million aging adults in America today. It is also true that at one point some of these Adults may need assistance with activities of daily living, and there are many options available.
Those options include, retirement communities, assisted living facilities and nursing homes, but with seniors wishing to stay at home as long as possible, non-medical in-home care is an affordable alternative. Generally, the services are available from a few hours each week to 24 hours 7 days per week.
In Tennessee people 65 and older have increased by 15.5 percent and is felt to increase by another 20 percents by 2030. Efficient Supports, Inc is positioning itself to be a quality service provider for this growing subset of our population.
Efficient Supports offers Personal Care which is an aspect of in-home care. We offer both short and long range services and we work to preserve the integrity of individuals, family unit and home community. We follow strictly the principles of person-centered services. Each person has the authority to define and pursue his or her own vision. Person-centered supports start with listening to the person and honoring each person’s vision.

We will have external Quality assurance reviews, vigilance in education to stay abreast of changes in the care provider arena, and we will strive to meet the needs of all persons served across the continuum of their life.
Individuals and Families have the right to select their own services and supports as well as make decisions. We work with your physician, representative/team to forge the best care services for you.
